Paul Hextall is a passionate creative producer with an international background in television/ media that spans the entire production process, from development to post-production.

As a teenager, Paul moved from England to Los Angeles and shortly thereafter started his own production company, Cat Eye Productions. Working with clients including: Bosch Power Tools, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Pixi Beauty, Power 106 FM and many more. Eventually, Paul led Cat Eye Productions to develop a slate of original non-scripted television content. In 2016, Cat Eye received international financing to produce the pilot episode of an original series that Paul both created and Executive Produced.

In 2018, Paul moved to Singapore to join ViacomCBS Networks International, as Senior Producer and Original Content Lead, where he produced long form and digital content for the MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon brands in Asia.

Paul is still based in Singapore and now serves as Executive Producer, APAC for VICE Media Group.

Outside of work Paul enjoys traveling the world, music, and loyally supporting Derby County Football Club.
